Welcome to WaveVista LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, your purchases of Ipoolgo products, and the services provided by our team. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Business Identity
WaveVista LLC is a family-owned and operated distributor based in the USA. We specialize in the sale of premium inflatable pools and accessories utilizing high-grade Drop-Stitch technology.
2. Shipping & Logistics (USA & Canada)
- Transit Times: We provide a standard delivery window of 5 to 7 business days for orders within the Continental USA and Canada.
- Customs & Duties (Canada): Orders shipped to Canada are subject to the “Last Sale” valuation rule (effective 2026). All GST/HST and applicable provincial taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
- Risk of Loss: All items are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
3. Product Safety & Compliance
- Age Requirements: Inflatable pools sold by WaveVista LLC are intended for adult supervision. Customers must comply with all local safety ordinances, including fencing requirements and the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool and Spa Safety Act where applicable.
- Technical Specs: Our pools are engineered with triple-layer PVC and Drop-Stitch rigidity. Users must not exceed the recommended air pressure (PSI) as specified in the provided technical manual.
4. Payments & Professional Quotes
- Quotes: Price lists and custom shipping quotes provided by our assistants (via WhatsApp or Email) are valid for 14 days.
- Wholesale Orders: Commercial vendors must provide a valid Tax ID. Wholesale orders are subject to separate “Bulk Purchase” agreements regarding lead times and palletized freight.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- 14-Day Window: Due to the nature of seasonal leisure products, returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened packaging. Once a pool has been inflated or water-tested, it is no longer eligible for return due to health and safety regulations, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- Restocking Fees: A 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for “change of mind” returns.
6. Limitation of Liability
WaveVista LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from:
- Improper installation on unlevel or sharp surfaces.
- Use of 800W high-pressure pumps on non-compatible inflatables.
- Failure to supervise minors in or around the water.
7. Privacy & Communication
We value your privacy. By providing your phone number, you consent to receive order updates and logistics support via WhatsApp/SMS. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
